After 20+ years in the corporate world I have taken the decision to take the skills I have acquired and work from home.I am an experienced senior manager with strong leadership skills. Experienced in dealing with all aspects of account management, client services and product innovation/development for POS Terminal and integrated systems. I am used to dealing with both technical and non-technical customers, at all levels of management, as well as support environments.
I have excellent communication skills and am able to communicate highly technical details to a non-technical audience clearly and concisely. Responsible for the co-ordination, layout and editorial ownership of RFI, RFP and RFQ responses for major UK customers and an experienced Technical Author for customer user guides, fact sheets, quick reference guides and brochures with some image manipulation skills.
I have recently edited a family biography of a leading Civil Engineer which will go to print in early 2015.
